  • How do I place an order online

Once you find you right garment, click “add to cart” When you’re done shopping click on the shopping bag icon in the top right corner.

 

When you have chosen all of your items, click on the "Checkout" button and follow the very simple instructions on screen through our secure checkout process.

  • What is your return policy?

We at Newbiestore hope that you as a customer will always be satisfied with what you order, but in case you have a change of heart we have a 30 day return policy, starting from the date of receipt.  If you send back a product to our online shop, there is no possibility to change to another size or item. You may then add a new order. Read more about our return policys here.

 

  • How long does it take until I receive my items

We always aim to deliver your order between 2-3 working days after we have confirmed your order. Note that delivery times are estimates and that deliveries could take somewhat longer during peak season (such as Christmas). We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.

 

  • How much is your delivery fee

Delivery is free for every order over £40, for order with value under £40 we charge £4.

  • What countries do you deliver to

  • Can I place an order over the phone

Yes you can. Simply call our helpful Customer Service team on 07523512465 (Monday - Friday 9.00am to 10.00pm, Saturday 9am to 6pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm).

 

  • How do I choose a different delivery address

In checkout you choose your shipping address and also possible to use a different billing adress

 

  • Do I need to set up an account to place an order

If you want to – you can checkout as a guest

 

  • What information will I receive when I have placed my order

Will will first send you an Order confirmation with an overview of your ordered items, shipping method, total amount and your selected payment methods. When we have shipped your items we will send you a Shipping confirmation with a receipt enclosed.

 

  • Can I add to an order placed earlier today

Please reach out to our Customer Service team, if the order is not dispatched it may be possible to change.

 

  • How do I change or cancel an order

You can request to cancel the order and we always strive to do our best to prevent the order from being shipped. Please contact our Customer Service in this matter as soon as possible. However it is not always possible to stop an order once it has been placed. If your order has been dispatched, you will need to return the goods (see the information for our Returns Policy)

 

  • How will I be refunded?

The refund will be made through the payment option you chose, provided that nothing else is agreed or there is a barrier to such refund. When returning part of order, the delivery cost will not be refunded.

 

  • If my items are not suitable can I return them in store

You can only return items purchased online to store for an EXCHANGE ONLY. Please take your reciept with you and our Newbie Store teams will be happy to help you with your exchange. Our Newbiestore teams cannot process a refund against online orders. If you would like a refund, you will need to return the goods (see the information for our Returns Policy).

 

 

  • Do I need to pay for my return?

Return is free of charge when you use our pre paid return label. If you want to use a pre paid return label you go to this portal royalmail.com/placeholdertext, follow the instructions and print it out.

 

  • How do I get informed about my return?

We will notify you by email once your return has been processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment, within 3-5 working days. We always try to process returns as quickly as possible but during busy periods this could take up to 14 days from when we receive the goods. If you think you return has been missed, please contact us.

 

 

  • What are your gift voucher terms and conditions
