Delivery times

We always aim to deliver your order between 1-3 working days after we have confirmed your order depending of what delivery method you choose. At Newbiestore.com we offer you Standard delivery 48h or Express delivery 24h. Standard delivery is free for every order over £40, for order with value under £40 we charge £4. Note that delivery times are estimates and that deliveries could take somewhat longer during peak season (such as Christmas). We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.

When your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation, with information on how to track the shipment and the tracking number of the order.

We use Royal Mail as our distribution partner and we only apply deliveries within the UK. 

Unfortunately, we cannot send orders to BFPO addresses.

 

Delivery delay

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time of delivery, you may check or track the status of your delivery:

  • Check the tracking link in the delivery notification we've sent to you via e-mail
  • Check if you have recieved a notification from our distribution partner
  • Contact our customer service

 

Delivery adress

When register your order, you will be asked to provide a delivery address. You can also add an alternative delivery address. Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address after an order is placed.

 

What happens if I’m not home

If you are not home when our courier attempts delivery, or if the parcel don’t fit through the letter box they will leave a note telling you where you can collect your parcel. Your parcel will be held there for 18 calendar days.

 

Is it possible to cancel a placed order?

You can request to cancel the order and we always strive to do our best to prevent the order from being shipped. Please contact our Customer Service in this matter as soon as possible. However it is not always possible to stop an order once it has been placed. If your order has been dispatched, you will need to return the goods (see the information in our Return Policy)

 

I have not received my confirmation email after I placed order

Please check your email settings as the email may have been sent to your spam trash folder. If you do not find your email or the information at your account, please contact us.

 

Track your order

When your order is shipped from our Warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm that it's on its way. From there it should be delivered within the timescale we advertise. Orders are traceable from when they are shipped, you can check its progress in the delivery confirmation email.

 

Damaged or incorrect item

We always aim to resolve any issue with a damage or incorrect item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you. By sending us an email to with a description of the issue.

 

Missing item

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change.

If an item in your order is missing, check your emails to see if we have sent you information about an item was out of stock. If out of stocks occur we will send you an email to inform you about this. If this happens, no payment of these goods is taken. The delivery note will state which items are in this part of your order. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you are not missing anything. If something is missing and you have questions about this, please get in touch with us. 

 

Missing order

If your order has not arrived within 7 days of your order dispatch date please contact our customer service 

 

Part delivery

Newbiestore does not apply partial deliveries. An item that is sold out will be canceled from your order and will be credited from the total amount and shredded from your order. If this happen we will send you an email that inform you about this.
