Newbie will be charging for all bags in our stores as part of our ‘One Bag Habit’ initiative.

One Bag Habit aims to actively reduce the consumption of bags and to raise awareness of the negative environmental impact of plastic bags. All surplus from the sales of bags in our stores will go to causes that drive sustainable development within social or environmentally related projects. This initiative is a direct response to an EU directive on the reduction of plastic bag use.

Newbie is committed to offering recyclable, reusable bags made from more sustainable materials.
